We offer a minimum 30-day refund on any regularly stocked products returned to us in original condition, (covers are the exception, they have a $10 restocking charge). AstroSystems products also have a one year warranty, with the exception of focusers which carry a life time warranty. We stand behind the manufacture, workmanship and quality of all items. Our policy has always been to produce high quality products that stand up to the test of time and use. We stand behind all of our products (that we manufacture) with exceptional warranties. We have liberal trade-in or trade-up policies on focusers and charts. If you have a problem with one of our products, please call or write us first. We will help with suggestions or replace or repair any defective item.
